Dear diary, just got home from Florida. But you know what? Instead of writing in you, I gotta get this story out while it’s still fresh. So check it out, ’cause it kinda went a little bit like this…
I got off the plane at a quarter to nine,
The whole time all I thought about was makin’ it mine,
I gotta shine, represent my crew and my town,
Tri-City, Thunder Bluff, BOSSFIGHT’s the crown,
Hopped in the car and they blasted through,
Reppin’ out E Double P, that’s how they do,
Flew too quick, playin’ games till late,
Street Fighter in the house, can you say Dominate?
Rockin’ at the show, freestyle on the flow,
This lady said, “Yo”, I stopped, was like “Whoa…”
Spit some ill lines, way surprised at times,
Girl’s on her toes and she follows all my rhymes,
She would say there ain’t nothin’ that she can’t play,
Pwnin’ all the n00bz anytime, any day,
I was in shock and my heart ain’t the same,
I knew then she had me when she said, “Good Game”
Honestly, I was blown away. I didn’t think that existed. But, apparently, she knew what she was talking about. She did the whole “Good Game” thing and I just kinda stopped in my tracks. I was like “…does she know what that means? Did she like…where’d she pick that up from?” I don’t know, but I’m curious now. Let’s see what happens…
Chillin’ on the side checkin’ out who’s on stage,
She came back around, conversation was engaged,
Amazed from the lines she was droppin’ on Z,
Then she beat me up and took my cell away from me,
Alright, not quite, but baby girl’s pro,
Hit me with a text while she was on the go,
I know what I like and she said the right things,
A big heart, plays WoW, cooks and cleans,
Then it went on to….
Wait a minute…waitaminutewaitaminute wait… Did you just say she plays WoW?
Yeah, and she makes some BOMB cookies during LAN parties.
…Nah ah….for reals?
Yeah dude, trust me, I thought it was a myth,
Anybody in the world she could speak with,
But it was me, O-N-E and she set her sights,
Up front at the show, beautiful in stripes,
Forget all the money, I don’t need no fame,
Girl’s got me in a trance when she said, “Good Game”
OK, so by this point, I’m lookin’ for cameras. There’s…no way this is for reals. This is getting out of hand. She just told me she plays WoW, she cooks, cleans, she’s stoked about it, she’s got this big ol’ heart, she just loves people, hanging out, makin’ you happy and….NO WAY…
I must say, through my diary I share,
I found something epic and I was unprepared,
I found something there I didn’t think would exist,
I’m tellin’ you about it so it doesn’t go missed,
There is a girl who’s an Asian hacker,
Rolls d20s like a stealth attacker,
Cooks, plays WoW while Internet browsin’,
And all of her stats are max’d to nine thousand,
Keep an eye out, I know there’s more,
But this one girl caught me off guard for sure,
Before I was home I would pay respects,
I got on the plane with a really cool text,
The blush on my face was the color of flame,
I was tryin’ hard just to act the same,
I hit her right back cause she was to blame,
I let her know quick, GG, Good Game
Gentlemen, there is a girl out there right now playin’ WoW, Counter Strike, Dungeons and Dragons that is beyond beautiful and just waiting to be found by you. Keep looking . . .
